Folio Specialist

Job Description

Assured is looking for an entry-level rock star to support our growing business. Essentially, this role ensures that all hotel folios are collected and reconciled in preparation for timely invoicing. A folio is an insured’s receipt from their hotel or temporary housing. Assured Relocation pays for the cost of living and then invoices the insurance carrier to receive payment. This role directly benefits the quality of service we provide to our main customer, the insurance carrier claims adjuster.

What You’ll Do

  • Email and phone communication with hotel representatives
  • Collection of folios in a timely manner
  • Verify data is accurate and free from error
  • Communicate with hotel to address any issues with folios
  • Attach and log all calls, data and folios into Salesforce
  • Create fee tables in Salesforce
  • Work as a dynamic team player in the Accounting Department

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Basic understanding of Accounting and QuickBooks is a plus
