Job Description
ARI is looking for a multitalented superstar to join our Long-Term Housing department. A typical day will include working directly with multiple insureds, their insurance adjuster and different property managers to facilitate temporary housing placement. A Housing Coordinator at Assured Relocation has a very special role and their efforts never go unnoticed. Their willingness to go the extra mile helps separate ARI from other temporary housing companies.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate temporary housing accommodations for families who have experienced property losses through their insurance companies
- Throughout the complete rental period, work directly with insureds, their insurance adjuster and property management to ensure complete ease of stay
- Manage property extension process(es) including rent increases, lease break negotiation, etc.
- Coordinate with different vendors, such as furniture, for pickups, buyouts, add-ons, issues and returns
- Accurately track, manage and issue notice(s) to vacate and any other specific rules or move-out process(es)
- Organize security deposit return, etc., and take correct action for processing damages
- Input all calls, property and vendor notes and details in Salesforce
- Work as a dynamic team player in our Housing Support department

Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook Email)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce
- Previous experience negotiating lease agreements
- Insurance industry experience
- Bilingual ~ Spanish
